Dampness and heat accumulate the liver and gallbladder, and the bile does not follow the usual path, overflowing the skin, so it turns yellow. Dampness inhibits the yang qi of the spleen and stomach, the dampness does not dissolve, the qi is unfavorable, the belly and abdomen are full, the qi is depressed and the blood is stasis, and the depression and heat cause the liver and gallbladder to be damp and hot.
Treatment: clear away heat and detoxify, and conquer dampness.

It is mostly caused by the evil of external dampness and heat, or alcoholism, excessive fat, sweet and spicy, endogenous dampness, and long-term depression and heat, or abnormal spleen and stomach transportation, dampness and endogenous, which contain heat and inhibit the liver and gallbladder. Symptoms include flank pain, burning, abdominal distension and anorexia, bitter and bitter mouth, short red or yellow urine, irregular stool, or yellowish body and eyes, large tongue, red and yellow tongue, thick and greasy tongue, and number of pulses. It is advisable to treat the liver and gallbladder dampness and heat.
Hepatobiliary damp-heat syndrome is a syndrome caused by hepatobiliary dysfunction contained in damp heat. Burning pain in the flank and ribs, or pain in the flank, yellow eyes, yellow urine, yellow body, bright color like orange, fever, bitter mouth, poor appetite, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distention, closed or loose stool, red tongue, yellow greasy, number of pulses or slippery strings. Hepatobiliary dampness and heat are characterized by damp heat and abnormal hepatobiliary function. or scrotal eczema, or testicular swelling, heat and pain, or yellow odor under the belt, vulvar itching, yellow tongue coating, pulse number, etc.
Treatment: clear away heat and dampness, soothe the liver and gallbladder reliever.
(1) Internal Healing Law
1. Dampness and heat of the liver and gallbladder
Syndromes: headache, red eyes, flank pain, bitter mouth, deafness, swollen ears, or damp heat betting, swelling and itching, tendons and sweat, cloudy urine, women with dampness and tropical inferiority. Treatment: Diarrhea liver and gallbladder fire, clear scorching dampness and heat. Main side: Gentian laxative liver decoction plus or minus. Prescription medicines: gentian, gardenia, skullcap, bupleurum, mutong, plantain, zexiao, shengdi, angelica, licorice. Decoction in water, take 200~300 ml of juice, 1~2 doses per day, warm service.
If you see vomiting, add Zhuru, Coptis chinensis, Banxia, and if you see vomiting, add Danpi and madder. If scrotal eczema, testicular swelling and pain, or with yellow odor, add Dihuzi, Phellodendron chinensis, Poria cocos, honeysuckle, if urination is frequent and painful, or even urine dripping, add talc, agarwood.
2. Damp heat jaundice
Syndrome: Yang Huang body heat, face and body yellow as orange, yellow urine, red and short astringent, poor stool (or constipation), slightly full abdomen, thirst and chest tightness, irritability, or head sweating, no sweating elsewhere, yellow greasy, pulse slippage. Treatment: heat discharge, dampness, yellowing. Main: Yinchen Artemisia soup with flavor. Prescription medicines: Yin Chen, Gardenia, Psyllium, Poria Cocos, Talc, Forsythia, Red Peony. Decoction in water, take 200~300 ml of juice, 1~2 doses per day, warm service.
If the jaundice deepens, drowsiness or coma, it is advisable to take or nasofeed to Baodan, Angong Niuhuang Pill, Zixuedan, etc.
3. Damp heat blocks the liver and gallbladder
Syndrome: cold and heat, chest and flank pain, vomiting incessantly, depressed and slightly annoying, heart stiffness, or heart pain, stool incomprehension or flank heat, yellow tongue, strong pulse. Treatment: Reconciliation of Shaoyang, internal diarrhea and hot knots. Main side: Da chai hu soup plus or minus. Prescription: Bupleurum chinensis, Citrus aurantium, Magnolia officinalis, Skullcap, Banxia, Rhubarb, ginger, decoction in water, take 200~300 ml of juice, 1~2 doses per day, take warm.
If the abdominal pain is severe and the roundworm is vomited, it is advisable to take the Wumei Pill and the Ascaris first, and then choose this prescription; if the damp heat is boiled into sand and gravel, and the biliary tract is blocked, add desmodium, sea sand, and tulip; if the stomach and intestines are hot and dry, the stool is blocked, and the abdomen is full of pus, add mango nitrate (flushing).
