On October 23, Shangcai County held a dispatch meeting to consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation. Liu Junmin, secretary of the county party committee, attended and spoke at the meeting; Li Chao, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate of the county government, presided over the meeting; and county leaders Liang Zhong, Zhang Shixia, Xue Jianguo, Zhang Jintao, Xiao Hongqi, Zhu Ruixia, Sun Daojing, and Wu Juan attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the main responsible persons of the 26 townships (streets) and the responsible persons of relevant units directly under the county made brief reports on the results of the recent work of consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation, existing problems and next-step work plans.
Liu Junmin pointed out that it is necessary to improve the political position. At present, Shangcai County has a tight working time and heavy tasks in consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation, and all levels and departments in the county must deepen their ideological understanding, improve their political standing, fully understand the importance and urgency of doing a good job in consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation, and resolutely unify their thinking and actions with the decision-making and deployment of the party Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee, the provincial government, and the municipal party committee and municipal government, and with the specific arrangements for consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation in the whole county.
Liu Junmin demanded that we should do a good job in implementing the work. The principal responsible comrades of all departments at all levels, as the first responsible person, must always grasp the work of consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation in their hands, shoulders, and hearts, set an example by example, and promote the implementation of the work. Townships and towns (neighborhoods) should do a good job in the use and management of the first secretary, the help and support task force, and the person responsible for the help, and make overall plans to do a good job in the deployment of the help force according to the needs of actual work; the departments directly under the county should make meticulous arrangements and promote the work in special classes in accordance with the duties and tasks undertaken by their own departments; and the dispatched units should show concern for and help the first secretary and the village-based task force in their daily life and work, and go all out to do a good job in guarantee work.
Liu Junmin stressed: It is necessary to do a good job in making overall plans and taking into account both factors. The task of consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation is arduous and involves a wide range of aspects, and it is necessary to firmly establish the idea of "one game of chess" throughout the county, gather a strong work force, and solidly promote the work of consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation. While doing a good job in consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation, we must also make overall plans for various work such as "large-scale visits, large-scale investigations, large-scale investigations, and large-scale resolutions", security and stability, and epidemic prevention and control, so as to ensure the stability of the overall economic and social situation of the county.
