2024 Nankai University Social Work Major Postgraduate Entrance Examination Difficulty Analysis and Exam Preparation Guidance

author:Xinxiang Xu Xijiaotang Xijiaotang Xijiaotong Postgraduate Entrance Examination

Let's briefly introduce my basic situation, the college entrance examination Jiangsu is a line, undergraduate double non-English college student, applied for the social work major of Zhou Enlai School of Government of Nankai University, and the total score of the preliminary examination is 400+ points. Here's what I learned about preparing for the exam:

1. Ideological and political theory

First of all, in the front, my political test is not very high, the multiple-choice questions are only about 31-34 points, about the losses I have suffered, I think there are some suggestions for the younger students:

1. When you go through the knowledge points in the early stage, you should concentrate your notes

When I was watching the political class, I didn't take notes at first, but when I watched the class in August, because I didn't buy the books that Mr. Xu Tao did, I followed his blackboard to copy the knowledge points page by page (I didn't remember much after copying it, and I didn't read it after copying, which was a self-moving effort, a waste of time and ineffective). Some of my classmates took notes from Mr. Xiao's concise lectures and refinements at the beginning, so that the notes were all on one book during the later review, which would not be messy, and I think I could learn from them.

2. Those who have to choose win the world, we must pay attention to the choice

I think the main reasons why I chose low are: (1) I don't review after I finish it: When I did 1000 questions in the early stage, I started doing it in late August, and I finished it in mid-September, and I didn't read it after I finished it, and I didn't take any notes. At that time, I read some experience posts and was always catching up with my own progress, and I didn't digest it after I finished it in a hurry, so it was basically equivalent to not doing it. I think you can do more of the 1000 questions after brushing them or read them often if you have time. I think people's memories have a time limit, and when I finished it in September, I really lost my memory when I took the exam in December. (2) I did too little: I chose to do Xiao 4 and Xiao 8 seriously in the later stage. And then I made some choices bit by bit.,I used the last two weeks before the exam"Cangdun Postgraduate Entrance Examination"The brush question applet.,The spelling seems to be 9.9,Like Xu Tao、Leg woman、Mi Peng's choice of eight sets of rolls It will be synchronized to the applet。 I used the time to go to the toilet to brush the questions of this small program, and I also did not reflect or take notes after doing it, which caused a lot of memories to be very vague, and I would hesitate when I was nervous in the exam room.

3. In the sprint stage, you should eat and chew thoroughly, and don't be greedy. There are a lot of questions in the later stage, I watched Sister Leg Sprint, Sister Leg Secret Charge, and Grandpa Xiao's pre-exam questions. At that time, I had to memorize Xiao Si and Sister Legs 18 pages, and I came out before I finished memorizing Xiao Si's 18 pages of Sister Legs. The last thing I brought to the exam room was the combination of Xiao Xiurong's question class and Sister Leg (I combined it myself), I think I looked at the east and west, and in the end I didn't eat it all thoroughly, so it wasn't very good, but fortunately, the score of the big question in the end was okay.

To sum up, I think that politics is a very effective subject, there is no need to start too early, and it is more than enough for the summer vacation to start. At the same time, you must take the time to look through the choices you have made repeatedly, strengthen your memory, don't be greedy, and learn to understand it thoroughly. The materials I used in the postgraduate entrance examination are: Xiao Xiurong 1000 questions, Xiao Xiurong point question class; Xu Tao intensive class, Xu Tao sprint to recite 20 questions; Sister Leg Sprint Class, Sister Leg Pre-exam Secret Charge, Sister Leg Reciting Manual, Sister Leg Predicting Four Sets of Volumes, Sister Leg with Back Audio.

My time allocation for postgraduate politics is: July: I started to watch Mr. Xu Tao's intensive class, which is basically a progress of one a day, and no more than 45 minutes of political study every day. August: I started to do 1,000 questions in the second half of the year, and I finished it in mid-September. Before November, the time for political study was no more than 1 hour a day, and from November to December, it was 2 hours a day (the choice was to use a small program to do it when you went to the toilet or make 20 dishes after eating at noon.) Sister Leg with back is to wake up every morning with headphones to listen, when the library is closed, and at night from the library back to the dormitory will also listen. )

2. English for postgraduate entrance examinations

There is very little advice I can give to my younger students about English because I don't have a lot of time to revise. Tell us a little bit about my English. In the second year of high school, he took IELTS by himself, with a score of 6, including 6.5 in reading, 99 in English in Jiangsu College Entrance Examination, and 530+ in the naked test of level 4 and 6 in college. Pass the four naked exams. 0.5 points were deducted for objective questions and 11.5 points for subjective questions. When it comes to learning English, I think the most important thing is vocabulary, sense of language, regular practice and reflection. I only did English II, and I started to brush up on the past papers from 1996 onwards in mid-August, and then after I finished reading, I marked the words I didn't know and why I did it wrong (e.g., wrong positioning/word recognition/misunderstanding).

Later, because I felt that the feel was okay, I didn't brush the past questions in September and October, that is, I took 100 words every day to cut the words (not very desirable, English should always maintain the feel). [About timed practice and reflection] Since November, I have completed the objective part of the questions regularly from 21:00 to 22:15 every night, and then answered them correctly that night, and carefully analyzed this set of test papers from 13:00 to 14:30 the next day, marked the words I didn't know and made annotations next to the questions I did wrong. For example, this question is a positioning question, because the positioning is wrong because of finding the wrong keyword). Then on the third day, from 13:00 to 14:30 in the afternoon, I will review and reflect on the set of test papers done the day before yesterday. Sometimes there would be a few days off without doing the past papers, but until the day before the exam, I continued this process of "doing the questions, correcting, and reflecting".

Regarding vocabulary, I bought the book "Postgraduate Entrance Examination English Core Vocabulary Interpretation of Words", I think this word book is very good, not very thick, not much pressure on the back, it is a high-frequency vocabulary selected from reading over the years, it is listed by topic, I usually take it out every morning and evening to memorize it for 20 minutes.

Regarding the composition, I began to memorize a large essay and a small essay at noon every day on November 15 (the sample essay of the real question is completed, and I memorize the sample essay given on the answer to the real question issued by the postgraduate examination institution), and then sorted out my own template in early December, and then bought the answer card, drew it two or three times a week, and used my template for 15 minutes to practice the real essay questions for the postgraduate entrance examination. I think the composition can really prepare the template in advance, so that you can reduce your error rate in the exam room, and just write the core words silently. In addition, the reason why I didn't score well on the subjective English question was because I didn't write the core word of the essay, "express". Therefore, I think everyone should be more solid in memorizing words, because no one knows what will be tested in the exam. To sum up: I think that English learning needs to do past papers regularly, reflect on them in time after completing them, and review them in time the next day.

3. Postgraduate entrance examination professional courses

Because I am a cross-exam, I found a senior sister to take me in the professional class, and I am lucky to meet a super responsible senior sister, thank you for the help of the senior sister during my preparation for old age - the following are some of my experiences about professional courses.

Initial period (before August): Wang Sibin, "Introduction to Social Work", "Sociology Course"; Feng Xiaotian's "Social Research Methods" (it is recommended that after reading these three books at the beginning, you can check the knowledge points that you will not know later, and I don't think these three books are the focus) "Comprehensive Ability" (when you see the three chapters of group, community, and case, read them together with the three small green books), mid-term (July-October): "Core Test Points" and "Practice" (intermediate)

Later stage (November-December): [Case Questions] Look at the "Case Analysis Question Core Exam Case", at least two or three a day and then practice one from October; When looking at cases, you can combine them with "Practice"; [Basic knowledge] must grasp the book "Comprehensive Ability", read it repeatedly, read it often, this book is very useful, and the "Core Test Points" can be supplemented. [Hot Knowledge] read "Twenty Days of Decisive Battle", short answers, and discuss the ideas of learning this book.

That's what comes to mind at the moment. The postgraduate entrance examination is a protracted battle, and I hope that friends will withstand the pressure, not be afraid of hardships, and do not study with self-touching. Now that you have made a decision, you must go on well and go to the end. I saw a lot of students who gave up halfway along the way, and I felt sorry for them. Don't doubt if you can do it, go all out and stick to it until the end, and the results will tell you the answer. I hope it can help you, I wish you all the best to go ashore, and we'll see you in Nankai Park!
