Geely's sales in October exceeded 180,000: "new high" is the main theme, and new energy vehicles are becoming more and more popular

On November 1, Geely Automobile officially announced its sales data for October, with a total of 180706 new cars sold, once again setting a record for the highest monthly sales. It increased by 19% year-on-year and more than 6% month-on-month.

In October, Geely Automobile not only achieved a year-on-year double growth, but also achieved a year-on-year double growth for nine consecutive months.

Among them, 62,086 new energy vehicles were sold. 100% year-on-year and 16% quarter-on-quarter. It has achieved a year-on-year double growth for six consecutive months, and also set a record sales record for three consecutive months.

In January ~ October this year, Geely New Energy's cumulative sales exceeded 360,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 45%.

The Geely brand sold 139376 units in October, up 16% year-on-year and 5% month-on-month. With the launch of the Galaxy L6, Geely Galaxy's October sales increased by 5% month-on-month to 13,711 units. In the five months since the Galaxy L7 was launched, the cumulative sales volume exceeded 50,000 units. It can be inferred from this that the sales of the Galaxy L6 in October are about 3,700 units.

The high-end series "China Star" sold 39,575 units in October, an increase of more than 30% year-on-year. With the launch of the new model Xingrui L, it will also further increase the overall sales of Geely's "China Star".

Although Geely Automobile has not officially announced the sales of Emgrand and Boyue series models, it is speculated that according to the car express review, the market performance of Emgrand and Boyue series models will not be bad with the reputation accumulated over the years, and the monthly sales should remain at about 15,000 units.

The sales of the Geometry pure electric series models in October increased by 66% year-on-year and more than 10% month-on-month, with sales of 20,922 units. The Geely Panda model alone sold 13,000 units in October, up 28% month-on-month.

As of the end of October, the cumulative sales of the Geometry pure electric series models this year have reached 153,000 units, with an average monthly sales of more than 15,000 units.

The high-end brand Lynk & Co sold 24,707 vehicles in October, up 50% year-on-year and 13% month-on-month. The reason why Lynk & Co has seen a significant month-on-month growth is that in addition to the good performance of the two models of Lynk & Co 03 and Lynk & Co 06, the Lynk & Co 08 that has not been on the market for a long time has also played a key role, with sales reaching 8,000 units in October, a month-on-month increase of nearly 100%.

According to this sales progress, the next Lynk & Co 08 sales should be just around the corner.

Luxury new energy brand Zeekr Auto sold 13,077 vehicles in October, up 30% year-on-year and 8% month-on-month. Not only did sales hit a record high, but Dading also hit a record high. Known as the strongest Krypton 001 FR on the surface, it was also officially launched in October, with zero hundred acceleration in only 2.02 seconds, which is also the fastest model with zero hundred acceleration in domestic cars.

The battery swap brand Ruilan Automobile sold 3,546 units in October, which is currently the only brand under Geely that sells less than 10,000 units a month.

Geely Automobile sold 28,591 vehicles in overseas markets in October, a year-on-year increase of 57% and a month-on-month increase of 4%, also hitting a record high. The three major brands of Geely, Lynk & Co and Zeekr will continue to promote the in-depth layout of the globalization strategy, accelerate the comprehensive export of Geely's new energy products, and enhance the competitiveness of Geely Automobile in the international market.
