If the Ascend 920's FP16 computing power is really 1.2P and the power consumption is 500W, then its power consumption ratio will be as high as 2.4576P/W, which is about 3.66 times that of the Ascend 920. Given that there are already test papers on HPCA and the Ascend 910B is in mass production, it is almost certain that the Ascend 920 does exist. NVIDIA's strongest AI graphics card H100 has an FP16 computing power of 989T, a power consumption of 700W, and a power consumption ratio of 1.4T/W.
