Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah asked the judge to approve the custody and alimony agreement for their young son.
In court documents filed with a Los Angeles court on Oct. 25, the details of the agreement between Mr. Pacino, 83, and Mr. Arafala were not disclosed. Pacino and 29-year-old Arafala also legally recognized them as the parents of four-month-old Roman, waiving their right to defend their parentage in court.
A representative of Pacino confirmed to the media that the two are still together at the moment.
Previous court documents show that Pacino and Arafala lived in separate residences while raising their son.
Pacino and Arafala welcomed Roman in June. This is the 29-year-old's first child and his fourth. Pacino has three children with her ex-boyfriend: a daughter with ex-girlfriend Jane Tarrant, and twins with ex-girlfriend Beverly D'Angelo.
