In order to unite the forces of all parties to better discuss how to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of female employees, on April 25, the District Federation of Trade Unions, together with the District People's Court, the District Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court, and the District Enterprise Confederation, jointly held a tour exhibition on the protection of workers' rights and interests in Changning District and a salon on the protection of the rights and interests of female employees in the District Workers' Cultural Palace.
On the day of the event, the District People's Court released the "Five Typical Cases on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Female Employees" to the delegates, which is not only a warning to the employer, but also explains how female employees can use laws and regulations to protect their legitimate rights and interests in the event of a dispute with the employer.
In order to popularize more laws and regulations for female employees, the event invited lawyers from the labor relations legal service contract law firm of the District Federation of Trade Unions to come to the scene, and brought a special lecture on rights protection with the theme of "Research on Several Legal Issues Concerning the Rights Protection of Female Employees" to the delegates, and the lecture comprehensively discussed six major issues such as "protection of labor and employment rights and interests of female employees" and "protection of safety and health rights and interests of female employees".
The popularization of the law is not only the inculcation of provisions, but also how to apply laws and regulations to actual rights protection. In the afternoon of the same day, the District Arbitration Court held a legal salon on the protection of the rights and interests of female employees for the participants through on-site interaction, with role substitution, interactive Q&A, and case summary...... In the wonderful salon interaction, a vivid "law class" for female employees was presented to the delegates.
This event is one of the series of activities of the 2024 "Labor Law Publicity Week", which was attended by full-time vice chairmen (deputy directors) and trade union cadres of various towns and parks in the district, chairmen of trade unions of various groups, trade union cadres and HR representatives of some enterprises.
