"Feng Yuanzheng and Liang Danni: A little-known love story"
I could have been a skydiver
Feng Yuanzheng, born in 1962, is an air force compound in Beijing. His father was the head of the Air Force, and his family conditions were superior, and he was the youngest under his three older brothers. Since childhood, he has been introverted and does not like to talk.
When he was seven years old, his father was sent to the countryside, where he lived with his parents for five years. He later attended 108 Middle School in Beijing, a school with a tradition of skydiving. Naturally, he fell in love with skydiving and dreamed of becoming a professional skydiver.
In order to pursue his dream of skydiving, he gave up the college entrance examination and chose to participate in professional skydiving competitions. However, he was not selected for the professional team and could only enter the Beijing Zipper Factory as a worker.
While working in the zipper factory, he mistook his teacher for a thief, and as a result, he was called to work overtime within a month, and finally discovered the misunderstanding. Despite making the joke, he realized that he was not satisfied with a bland life. He chose to enroll in recitation and vocal classes with his colleagues and quickly became fascinated by acting.
He studied hard for three years to act, but was looked down upon by all the teachers and suggested that he go back to working as a worker. Only two teachers, Song Shizhen and Niu Xinci, still believe in his talent in acting and encourage him to continue to persevere. He did not give up, but continued to work hard.
Precipitation and study abroad
In 1984, Feng Yuanzheng applied for the Beijing Film Academy and successfully passed the exam. However, Nortel did not admit him on the grounds of his average image, which undermined his self-confidence. He was recognized by director Zhang Nuanxin and played the leading role in the movie "Youth Festival".
He did not give up and decided to apply for the second time, this time applying for the Beijing People's Art Troupe, the art hall of Chinese drama. Luckily, he was accepted.
Two years later, he met German professor Mersin while studying at Renyi, and every time she came to China to teach for free, she invited Feng Yuanzheng to Germany to systematically study the Grotowski School of Acting. However, Feng Yuanzheng rejected Mersin's kindness, and he did not want to leave China.
However, after a sudden loss of love, Feng Yuanzheng decided to leave China to study in Germany. He studied in Germany for two years and enriched his knowledge and insight. Although Mersin was angry at his decision, Feng insisted on returning home.
Love comes knocking
In 1991, Feng Yuanzheng returned to the Beijing People's Art Troupe and prepared to devote himself fully to performing. In the movie "The Jackal Enters the House", he met Liang Danni, who has become a movie star. However, what really made Feng Yuanzheng feel for her was the scene when filming "General Feng Baiju".
During the filming, Feng Yuanzheng suddenly fell ill with chickenpox, his whole body was full of blisters, his condition was repeated, and he could only be hospitalized. Liang Danni went to the hospital every day after work to see him, and even rinsed his hair and took care of him carefully. This action deeply touched Feng Yuanzheng, and he felt that Liang Danni was an amazing woman.
However, the two faced many difficulties. Liang Danni has been divorced and has a complicated family background; Feng Yuanzheng did not make a great breakthrough in his career. However, the two did not give up, and they bravely walked together.
After two years of love, the two went through the marriage procedures for less than 40 yuan, there was no gorgeous wedding, wedding room and wedding ring, just wearing a down jacket issued by the crew, taking the bus to get a marriage certificate, and then taking the bus home. Their married life is simple but happy, supporting each other.
Careers and difficulties
However, Feng's career did not take off as he had hoped. His role in "Don't Talk to Strangers", An Jiahe, was well known to the audience, but was remembered by everyone for twenty years. He also performed a series of classic roles on the theatrical stage, but mostly played supporting roles in movies and TV series.
Although he faced many difficulties and pressures on the road of acting, Feng Yuanzheng did not give up and continued to adhere to his heart and ideals. He played a robber in the movie "No Thief in the World" and Amore in the movie "Do Not Disturb", breaking people's stereotypes about him.
He also made a breakthrough on the drama stage, playing a series of different types of roles that impressed the audience. In 2021, he became the vice president of the Beijing People's Art Troupe, taking on the responsibility of training young actors.
On his acting path, he encountered difficulties, but he always insisted on his beliefs, was not limited by the type of role, and constantly improved his acting skills.
Persistence was the key to his success, making him a good actor while also fulfilling his dream of being an acting teacher.
Looking back at the road of acting for more than thirty years, Feng Yuanzheng has gone far on his preset road. His persistence and hard work allowed him to overcome difficulties and realize his ideals and dreams.
