It is recommended that the two parties negotiate first, and if the negotiation fails, they can file a civil lawsuit with the court. "If what Mr. Yan said is true, then the confinement center, as an institution providing maternal and child care services, is obliged to take care of the mother full-time, and when the staff discovers that the mother has a health problem, he should contact the family in time and send her to the hospital for treatment in time. The contract may not contain such specific relevant clauses, but according to the purpose of the contract between the parties, 'find problems and send to the hospital in time' should be an ancillary obligation of the contract. If what the person in charge of the confinement center said is true, then the confinement center should provide factual evidence to prove it, such as chat records, audio recordings, and disinterested witnesses with the mother and her family, so as to protect its legitimate rights and interests.
