Learn the Tao Te Ching and start a wise life. In chapter 58 of the Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu expounded the truth that "where misfortune depends, where misfortune falls". He pointed out that there are often blessings in the calamities seen, and that blessings should not be taken lightly, because happiness can also be transformed into calamities.
Lao Tzu believed that there is a mystery to the transformation of blessings and misfortunes. He pointed out that the transformation of blessings and misfortunes lies in the principle of the "Tao", that is, whether or not to take altruism as the starting point. Only with an altruistic heart can the door to happiness be opened. Lao Tzu later mentioned that we should act in a way that "squares without cutting, honest without thorns, straight without continuity, light without shine". He believed that only leaders with high moral character could achieve this level.
Lao Tzu's management methods at the three levels of Tao, morality and law can help leaders improve their management realm. Only after the moral level is done well, can we use less legal means and achieve the realm of "square without cutting". Only when leaders have high moral character can they influence the people and make them consciously obey the law.
