The second time was when the wheat was ripe in the third year of Huangyou (1051), Fan Zhong flooded Jingdong East Road to press the envoy, Zhiqingzhou, and on the way to take office, he set out from Jinan to pass through Changshan, and specially arranged to return to the place where he grew up and studied as a child. At that time, he was already a well-known figure in the government and the public, and when the father and elder of Linghe hometown in Changshan County heard the news of his return, he beat gongs and drums to welcome him to a high slope twenty miles west of the city. Fan Zhongyan dismounted and walked, paying homage to his father and elders in his hometown. Fan Zhongyan's five-word poem "The Landlord" records this exciting moment: "Changbai is a cold Ru, and the glory returns to the three jiyu." Hundred flowers spring full of roads, two wheat rain with the car. Advocating the front of Luo, Yanxia refers to the old Lu. The villagers did not envy each other, and taught their children to study hard. "Qingzhou is the last stop of Fan Zhongyan's official career. The village where Fan Zhongyan lived as a child was named Henan Village because it was in Henan, a filial wife, and is now Fan Gong Village, Changshan Town, Zouping, and the Fan Gong Ancestral Hall was built on the south bank of the river.
