The protagonist of the play is Edward Dennis, a special agent of the US Federal Police, who and his new partner Chuck are sent to the confinement island to investigate the disappearance of a mentally ill Rashif McVady.

After Dennis and Chuck arrive at the Forbidden Island, they encounter a series of strange and incredible events. Gradually, they discovered that the island seemed to hide incredible secrets, and inhumane experiments and surgeries were performed on patients.
