Bai Sanlao said to Zhang Qian: "This is a kind of dry food that the people of the city love to eat, it is made of hair noodles, repeatedly roasted over a low flame, the aroma is strong and the kang has dried up the water, and it will not be moldy for a year and a half." Zhang Qian said happily: "Old man, such a good kind of dry food, I don't know what the name is?" The old man said, "Everyone calls it a big flapjack."
