Off-campus training has evolved from disorderly to gradual standardization. As of August this year, there are still 18 offline discipline off-campus training institutions in the compulsory education stage, and 3 off-campus training institutions in the discipline category were reduced in August. During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, the district education bureau organized four special inspections, found that it violated the regulations to carry out off-campus discipline training, and stopped and persuaded one to stop. In the compulsory education stage, discipline-based off-campus training institutions fully use the model contract text, and the training pre-fee effectively implements risk management and control. Strictly implement the measures for controlling advertising for off-campus training in disciplines at the compulsory education stage.

The subjects responsible range from the education supervisor to the party committee and government. The district has set up a leading group for education work of the district committee headed by Huang Shun, member of the standing committee and deputy secretary of the district committee, which shows the great importance attached by the district party committee and government to education work.
