On July 10, on the Beijing-Hangzhou Ancient Canal, known as the "Treasure Economic Belt", with the last 150-ton Helong section steadily completed its position, after more than 200 days and nights of hard fighting, Zhejiang Communications Group's Zhejiang Communications Group Hongtu Sutai Expressway (Phase II) TJ02 standard control node project - cross-Beijing-Hangzhou ancient canal double-layer steel box girder successfully completed Helong, marking a breakthrough in project construction and laying a solid foundation for the north and south banks of the project.
As the largest span of the expressway steel box composite girder double-decker bridge in China, the bridge has a total length of 230 meters, a main span of 110 meters, and a total weight of 8,800 tons. The upper floor is the Sutai Expressway, with a total of 13 steel box girders; The lower level is a surface road with a total of 9 steel box girders. Before the erection of the steel box girder, the project department gave full play to the professional level of Zhejiang Communications Equipment Company, and carried out desktop deduction for the process of foundation treatment, beam section transportation, crawler lifting, pontoon boat drayage and other processes for many times, optimized the lifting plan, and ensured the safety and economy of the construction plan.
As a world cultural protection heritage, the Beijing-Hangzhou Ancient Canal has high social attention and strict requirements for environmental and water protection, and the project department has done enough "embroidery needle" to cross its construction. The builders overcame difficulties and took on responsibilities, overcoming many difficulties such as the cross-construction of upper and lower bridges, traffic organization and transportation difficulties. In addition, since the erection of the first steel box girder at the end of last year, the party members of the branch and the Red Boat Youth Commando Team have firmly rooted themselves on the front line of construction, weaving a network to overcome difficulties, comprehensively uniting the backbone of party members and industrial workers, paying close attention to all links and strictly grasping all steps. At the same time, in order to reduce the impact on the passage of the waterway, the project department actively cooperates with relevant units to optimize the closure time to the greatest extent and make every effort to ensure the normal navigation of the Beijing-Hangzhou Ancient Canal.
It is reported that since the beginning of this year, the project department has been steadily and steadily, overcoming thorns and difficulties, and has successively conquered the construction and installation of cross-road beams and plates, cross-Beijing-Hangzhou ancient canal bridge double-layer steel box girder Helong and other construction nodes, and is currently focusing on roadbed filling construction and beam plate prefabrication installation, and striving to break out of the "acceleration" of project construction in the second half of the year.
