This year's Shinhama Lotus Festival is expected to open in late July. At present, the Nihama Lotus Base has reproduced the beautiful scenery of lotus ponds full of flowers and green leaves.
Lotus flowers and leaves can be enjoyed not only for viewing, but also for dining. In addition to the good taste, the dishes have also put a lot of effort into styling, testing the chef's matching, cooking and plating skills. Jin Xiaohe is the person in charge of the "Come for the Lotus" theme base here, and together with Mu Jian, a student from Jordan in Shanghai, she made delicious cold lotus leaves from the tender tips of lotus leaves.
