During the supervision and investigation, the supervision group went through the work accounts of the court's education and rectification work in detail, learned about the court's work in honest government education, heart-to-heart talks, promoting self-examination, case handling, petition handling, supervision and management, and other aspects, and held talks with the main comrades of the court's case filing division, administrative division, and other business departments.

Liu Dai stressed that the law is the last resort for the masses to pursue fairness and justice, "the people are not helpless and will not fight lawsuits, they must think in a different position, think more from the perspective of the parties and the masses, and make fair judgments." The results of the adjudication that the parties do not understand should be fully and patiently explained, "we must think about whether the adjudication itself is fair, whether the trial process is transparent enough, and whether the interpretation of the evidence admissibility is sufficient and clear", so that the parties are convinced.

Liu Dai demanded that we should "look back" at the handling of cases involving the elimination of organized crime and evil forces, conscientiously sort out and investigate the "leaks," and thoroughly dig deep and thoroughly investigate them.
