On June 15, the 2023 Xiangyang Science and Technology Museum "Interactive Future AR Technology Exhibition" tour exhibition Fan Cheng Station opened at Xiangyang No. 48 Middle School. "Interactive Future AR Technology Exhibition" is a science communication public welfare brand project created by Xiangyang Science and Technology Museum to achieve popular science public services, fairness and inclusiveness, and improve scientific quality. With the theme of "Interactive Future AR Technology Exhibition", the exhibition uses optical sensing and AR augmented reality technologies, and displays a total of 20 popular science exhibits such as extreme flight, subway parkour, machine dance, crossfire, etc., all of which can be operated through somatosensory interaction and are full of fun.
After the opening ceremony, Xiangyang No. 48 Middle School organized all students to visit the interactive future AR technology exhibition in batches. Leaders and guests attending the opening ceremony visited the Science and Technology Innovation Center of Xiangyang No. 48 Middle School. In the final of the 9th National Youth Science Popularization Innovation Experiment and Works Competition (Hubei Division) this year, the work of Li Wenkang and Wang Ruichen, seventh-grade students of the school, "Community Intelligent Little Caregiver", stood out from 607 works and won the first prize of the creative work project - Smart Community (Middle School Group), which is the only project in the middle school group of this project in my province to win the first prize, and the tutor Zeng Ping of the project won the Excellent Instructor Award.
