On June 9-11, 2023, the 2023 Global Artificial Intelligence Technology Conference (GAITC 2023) was successfully held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. At the special forum on visual intelligence held on June 10, the Intelligent Optical Imaging Professional Committee of the Chinese Intelligence Society was officially established. The establishment of CAAI Intelligent Optical Imaging Committee will inject new momentum and contribute new strength to the development of the society.

Academician Dai Qionghai said in his speech that the CAAI Intelligent Optical Imaging Special Committee undertakes the national strategy and initiates the development of the industry, and its main task is to carry out research on the theory and technology related to intelligent optical imaging around the development strategy needs of the national intelligent manufacturing, smart city and other industries; Organize and carry out scientific and technological evaluation, consulting services, exchanges and cooperation, talent training, scientific and technological awards and commendations in the field of intelligent optical imaging. I hope that everyone will actively participate in the work of the special committee and contribute to the development of intelligent optical imaging in mainland China.
