It is a climbing plant of the genus Asparagus in the family Asparaginae and the smallest leaf plant in the world.
The plant form of Wenzhu is very peculiar, and the long branches we usually see are actually its stems; Those small "leaves" that are visible to the naked eye are actually its branches, and the real bamboo leaves cannot be seen with the naked eye. After tens of millions of years of evolution, the leaves gradually metamorphosed into a kind of white scale, hidden under the leaf-like branches, which can only be seen through a magnifying glass or microscope. Wild bamboo mainly lives in dark and humid rainforest environments, and over time has developed the habit that branches and leaves are not easy to store water. As long as it is placed in dry air or exposed to the sun, its branches and leaves will quickly lose moisture and become dry and yellow. Therefore, in order to cater to the habits of Wen Bamboo, when maintaining on weekdays, the pot should be placed in a semi-shaded place to avoid strong direct sunlight. Slow seedling stage after changing pots

After the root system gradually adapts to the soil, move the pot slightly every 3~4 days to increase a little light. The vast majority of bamboo potted plants sold in the flower market are produced in greenhouses. In order to produce quickly, the greenhouse will be artificially controlled into a high temperature and high humidity environment. In order to sell at a good price, many florists often use plant hormones such as dwarf and brassica. Wenzhu has long grown in such an environment, and although it grows rapidly, it often has poor adaptability.
When we bought Wenzhu home, the environment at home was very different from the greenhouse growth environment. If you don't pay attention to it, you will have problems such as yellowing of leaves and shriveled branches.
Just bought home Wenzhu potted plants, don't worry about changing the pots and fertilizing first. First put the bamboo in a shady and ventilated place, water it thoroughly, and slow down the seedlings for 7~10 days. During this period, when the soil is dry, it is necessary to water, and often use a watering can to spray water and humidify the branches and leaves. Seasonal change phase
