The gist of the poem is that the night is deep, and under the dim oil lamp, the kind mother keeps waving the needle and thread in her hand. It was the mother who had meticulously made the clothes on his body overnight for her son who had left his hometown. It was time to travel, and my mother was still stitching and threading, seriously, sewing tightly. Always worried, the son returned home late, alone, his clothes were torn, and no one helped him sew. Parental affection is like the depth of the sea, and maternal love is as warm as spring, shining on children like sunshine. Compared with the kindness of parents, the insignificant filial piety of children is as small as grass, and it is simply not worth mentioning. Who dares to say that this little bit of filial piety can repay the kindness of a loving mother like Chunhui Puze?
Under the title of this poem, Meng Jiao noted himself: "Yingmu Li shangzuo." It is strongly explained that this "Wandering Ziyin" was written in Liyang (present-day Jiangsu). If it weren't for the blow, the stone would still be what it would be, and not even a little smoke would come out. In the same way, people are like this, only through study, can we grasp all kinds of knowledge, can we understand the laws and laws of affairs; no one is born to know it, if you do not study, knowledge will not fall from the sky, people are not natural to have a lot of knowledge. Everything must be practiced by oneself, and then understood and improved in practical application. The knowledge acquired by others has nothing to do with oneself and cannot replace one's own talents.
