Google Scholar is the most versatile way to evaluate the academic level of scholars.
We retrieved Shusen Zheng's Google scholar address, although it was not certified by Zhejiang University's email; however, the website had a photo of Zheng Shusen on the top and the paper provided matched Zheng Shusen's paper. Therefore, it can be judged that this page is maintained and can provide a basic and accurate academic profile of Zheng Shusen.
It can be seen that Zheng Shusen's highest-cited paper was a study published in Nature in 2014 on changes in the gut microbiome of patients with cirrhosis.
Friends who have read our academic tweets about Li Lanjuan yesterday may notice that this paper is also Li Lanjuan's second-highest cited paper. Free reading is available online, and it can be seen that Li Lanjuan is the last author and Zheng Shusen is the penultimate author. In the field of liver transplantation, the high-impact papers of the last 5 years are listed below, and these studies have either rewritten clinical diagnosis and treatment or classic reviews/guidelines.
We see that a study published in China in 2016 ranked among the top six influential liver transplant research papers, which is the research paper of Zheng Shusen's research group.
When the Literature Bird Visualization Tool was applied to rank the impact of Zheng Shusen's published papers, the 2008 liver transplant paper on the Hangzhou experience and the 2016 paper on liver transplantation that broke the Milan standard were the top two.
