In real life, there are many examples of good people and good rewards, and the experience of Lu Zuofu, a famous national industrialist in our country, is a typical example.
Although Lu Zuofu's evening scene was bleak and he eventually ended his life by suicide, as a national entrepreneur, his lofty patriotic feelings and practical patriotic deeds during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression made people remember his merits.

Lu Zuofu, formerly known as Lu Kuixian, alias Lu Si, born in 1893 in Hechuan, Chongqing, is a patriotic industrialist, a pioneer of China's shipping industry, known as "China's ship king" and "father of Beibei".
Lu Zuofu's family was poor at an early age, and after dropping out of school, he taught himself to the point where he could write teaching materials. Later, he joined the League, participated in the Sichuan road protection movement against the Qing government, and also worked as a teacher, journalist and so on.
In 1925, Lu Zuofu founded the Minsheng Company, which squeezed foreign shipping forces out of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and made great contributions to the development of the national cause.
Minsheng Company, as the name suggests, is a company founded for the survival of Chinese. The greatest feat lu Zuofu made in his life was to lead the Minsheng Company to organize the famous "Yichang Retreat" in history.
With the help of Minsheng's leading position in shipping in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, Lu Zuofu commanded his own fleet and successfully transferred more than 1 million tons of materials from other entrepreneurs to the southwest region.

Lu Zuofu's Minsheng Company experienced more than 40 days of hard work, and under the continuous bombardment of Japanese bombers, these materials were transferred to Sichuan, preserving the foundation of Chinese industry.
At the same time, most of the people who followed the retreat of the National Government were also transported, and they were saved, and many people have always remembered Lu Zuofu's kindness.
Lu Zuofu was thus commended by the Nationalist government and also received the title of patriotic industrialist. Because of his previous official position in the National Government, he was brutally criticized for being an "unscrupulous capitalist" and eventually committed suicide on sleeping pills.

Lu Xiaorong finally met her grandfather, but she was separated forever! The gifts that had been prepared for Grandpa could only be buried in front of Grandpa's grave in the end.
Lu Guowei did not return to Hong Kong, but stayed in Chongqing. In that era of class composition, my father was designated a "capitalist", and the sad experience of their family was generally visible.
Even the young Lu Xiaorong was affected, she was disqualified from college, and Xiaorong had to work for thirteen years in Wanyuan County, Sichuan's toughest mountainous area.
