Chilled lemon bayberry lychee drink

500g bayberry
800g water
10 lychees
50g rock sugar
1 lemon
method
[1] Lychee shelling; Put the bayberry in clean water, add salt and soak for 30 minutes, and wash well; Slice the lemon thinly and set aside.
[2] Add water, bayberry and rock sugar to a pot, cook for 10 minutes, then add lychees, cook for 1 minute, pour out to cool, then add lemon slices after drying, stir well, and refrigerate for more than 2 hours before drinking (if you don't want to wait, you can add ice cubes).
