Professor Miao Feng has made a series of important progress in the field of basic research on quantum regulation and information device application of two-dimensional materials. Representative work includes: through the doping control means, the first development of a highly robust memristor based on a full two-dimensional material, setting a record for the highest operating temperature of the memristor, further designing and implementing brain-like vision devices and systems; through the interface control means, the ballistic avalanche effect was observed for the first time, and the specific detection rate was higher than the current technology of the mid-infrared photodetector device; through the electric field regulation means, based on low symmetry and bipolar two-dimensional semiconductor materials, The initial integration of new principle logic devices and neuromorphic devices was realized. These original systematic work has promoted the development of the future computing field internationally and won high praise from the academic community.
