The name "Socialist Academy" was originally based on Mao Zedong's opinion, but it was not until July 1960 that the "Socialist Academy" was renamed the "Central Socialist Academy" in view of the general establishment of local socialist academies and with the approval of Comrade Zhou Enlai and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
The construction plan of the college was approved and approved by Zhou Enlai, and finally decided to build a socialist college on the north side of the ZizhuYuan, with the same building standards as the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
