These are the manifestations of military refusal before enlistment, then, after entering the army, putting on the uniform, for the purpose of evading military service, refusing to perform their duties or fleeing the army, also belongs to the category of military refusal, and the result is: being expelled from the army, expelled from the military or investigated for criminal responsibility. The new Military Service Law clarifies the punishment method, and we will elaborate on the following, but one thing that can be clearly made clear is that the refusal to perform military service will actually enter the law from October 1.
For those who refuse to perform military service, there are three ways to deal with the troops, namely, "being expelled from the army", "expelling from the military", and "pursuing criminal responsibility", so there are more local handling methods.

On March 9, 2021, the People's Government of Tiantai County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, punished Zhou Shuai and Dai Jiahao for refusing to perform military service in accordance with the law. 2. No formalities for going abroad (abroad) or further education shall be completed within two years;

7. Include in the list of seriously untrustworthy entities performing national defense obligations to carry out joint disciplinary action;

The newly revised "Military Service Law" promulgated on August 20 also made clear stipulations: Personnel who may not be hired as civil servants or managed with reference to the "Civil Servants Law of the People's Republic of China" may not be recruited or hired as staff of state-owned enterprises and public institutions, and they are not allowed to leave the country or go to higher education for two years, and they must be included in the list of seriously untrustworthy entities in fulfilling their national defense obligations and carry out joint disciplinary action.

1. Liu Mou of Shushan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, joined the army in September 2020 and went to a certain unit of the Xinjiang Military Region, the day after he proposed to leave the army, and was later dismissed by the army. 5. Liu Chen of Anlin Station in Feicheng City, Shandong Province, on September 1, 2020, was approved by the Recruitment Office of the Feicheng City People's Government to enlist in the Tianjin Garrison District, and was the first person to desert in China in 2021.
6. Jiang Jun of Licheng Town, Lipu City, Guangxi Province, was approved to join the army on September 1, 2020 and chose to leave the army after serving in the Second Mobile Corps of the Armed Police, and was removed from the army.

10.
