The first stop of this year's city tournament is Wuhan station, the specific competition time is shown in the figure below, this year's city sub-station competition is still composed of free team area and fixed team area, and a new card slot game design is added, aiming to provide more possibilities for female players in the free team area.
The same as the previous session, each city sub-station is still divided into free team area and fixed team area, independent competition and elimination between different divisions, online elimination is adopted in the early stage, and the top eight teams are screened out to enter the offline competition.
The difference is that each sub-station has an additional card slot competition, which is composed of the champion and runner-up of the free team area of the sub-station and the 7th and 8th teams ranked in the double round-robin points of the fixed team area of the sub-station, and 4 teams will play a play-off round to compete for the last two places in the knockout round of the fixed team division competition. Give teams in the Free Team Zone more possibilities to experience esports, show themselves, and win extra prizes.
The champion and runner-up teams in each sub-station in the free team area, the 7th and 8th place in the fixed team area, and the teams selected by the cooperative event form the wild card competition teams to compete for the last two places in the annual final knockout round.
