Third, it is necessary to establish the concept of "the city's shared art festival", widely mobilize the city's strength, and actively carry out various supporting activities to further enhance the atmosphere of the art festival. Fourth, do a good job in the preparation of the promotion and observation of cultural and tourism resources in our city, design observation routes and scenic spots, and make full use of the international platform of the art festival to promote Langfang and promote Langfang. Fifth, strengthen the layout and atmosphere of activities inside and outside the venues of the festival, and present a warm, open and rich atmosphere for Chinese and foreign guests, and the plan needs to be formulated within this week.
