Recently, the Baiyin Chengtai County Public Security Bureau successfully detected a case involving more than 22 million yuan of funds involved in the telecommunications network fraud, arrested 30 suspects involved in the case, destroyed 1 telecommunications fraud den, destroyed 1 money laundering gang, 2 technical support gangs, seized more than 600,000 yuan of stolen funds, 10 laptop computers, 84 mobile phones, more than 40 bank cards, and frozen and seized more than 3 million yuan of funds involved in the case. All the suspects have been escorted back to Baiyin Chengtai County.
On March 17 this year, the Cyber Security Detachment of the Baiyin Municipal Public Security Bureau discovered a criminal gang that used the investment and wealth management platform to carry out fund-raising fraud. After receiving the instructions of the network security detachment of the municipal bureau, the county bureau quickly dispatched 40 elite police forces from the criminal investigation, network security, economic investigation, synthetic operation, chengguan, traffic police, and other departments to set up a "3.19" telecommunications network fraud task force.
The suspect is Zhang Chunyan
It is understood that one of the gang leaders: Zhang Chunyan, female, Guangdong Mao celebrity, who worked in Shangnan Industrial Zone (Xiongshi Industrial Co., Ltd.) in Shajing Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, was fired from the company in April 2012 for stealing things in the factory. After May 2012, Zhang Chunyan began to work against theft, telecommunications fraud and fraud through WeChat dating, and organized a number of suspects to commit crimes.
At present, the case is under further consideration.
