On June 3, 2014, Su Li was sent by the Yulin Municipal Public Security Bureau to the village of Liujia'e village in Wuzhen, Jia County, to help the poor, and served as the leader of the village-based task force and a member of the village-based task force. "We used the project funds from the Municipal Poverty Alleviation Office and the Municipal Finance Bureau to build this dam in more than a month, solving the problems of flood drainage and farmland irrigation in the village in the past." In the following days, Su Li and the team stationed in the village hit the iron while it was hot and established the "Villagers' Contradiction and Dispute Mediation Committee" in Liujia'an Village. Subsequently, Su Li designed and produced an exhibition version of the village rules and regulations, publicized civic morality and public security precautions to the villagers, guided the villagers to express reasonable demands in a rational and legal way, so that all kinds of contradictions and disputes could be effectively resolved, and the stability of the villagers' production and life was effectively guaranteed.

How much dirt there is under your feet, how much affection there is in your heart. During the poverty alleviation period in the village, Su Li and the team members stationed in the village silently changed the appearance of this poor mountain village in Liujia'e Village.
The road is not good, it is muddy when it rains, they will fight for funds to build hardened village roads and production roads in many ways, so that villagers can't say goodbye to travel; villagers can't eat water at ease, everyone runs around to contact relevant departments to hit 3 wells, and now every household "water to the kitchen"; villagers are inconvenient to see a doctor, Su Li took the initiative to contact doctors from major hospitals to the village for free clinics, so that villagers have a "bottom in their hearts" for their bodies.
With the improvement of the basic implementation, the village collective industry has also begun to flourish. With the support of the main responsible comrades of the Party Committee of the Municipal Public Security Bureau of the help unit, the team members stationed in the village combined with the traditional handicraft of noodle processing in Liujia'an Village to develop a handmade vermicelli processing industry. After the completion of the village collective handmade vermicelli processing factory on November 2, 2020, in just 3 months, it has processed and sold 120,000 jin of various handmade vermicelli, generating 220,000 yuan for the village collective income.
Villager Liu Ruhan is one of the beneficiaries of the collective economic development of Liujia'an Village. In the past, because of his old age, he could only farm in the village and work odd jobs to earn a living. After the construction of the handmade vermicelli processing plant, he began to work in the factory. "Usually responsible for the drying and packing and handling of vermicelli, earning 3,000 yuan per month, it is particularly convenient to work nearby." Liu Ruhan said.
In addition, Su Li and her colleagues also acted as "carriers" for Liu Jia'e's agricultural special products, volunteering to help villagers sell agricultural and sideline products such as millet, mung beans, eggs, etc., and helping villagers achieve income of more than 400,000 yuan.

Villager Liu Fusheng and his wife both have disabilities, their families are poor, and their lives are very difficult. Looking at the two children who were about the same age as her daughter, Su Li burst into tears. Su Li also made a growth album for them, using nearly 100 photos to record the children's life and learning in the past few years, leaving them with colorful childhood memories.
