Su Li: There are clear guidelines for community development

"This is the second time I've attended a party congress." Su Li, secretary of Qingshuihe Community, has been working in Qingyang for 12 years, entered the community in 2009, and served as the community secretary in 2013, for more than ten years, she has dealt with residents every day, participated in community governance, and witnessed the rapid development of the community.

"I am a witness and a participant in the development and construction of Qingyang, every five years is a big leap forward in development, the happiness of residents continues to increase, and the role of party building is becoming more and more obvious." Su Li recalled the epidemic that occurred in the jurisdiction this year, and the streets, communities, resident groups, and grass-roots party organizations worked together to establish 10 temporary party branches and 134 party organizations, playing a good core leading role and laying a solid foundation for fighting the epidemic.

"Based on a new starting point, towards a new journey." Su Li said the report allowed her to find the direction of the future five years of community work. Su Li said that the first thing to do after the meeting was to study the party congress report with other community staff, and combined with the specific conditions of grass-roots work, around the construction of "Humanistic Qingyang • Aviation New City", "Five Visions" and "Five Major Actions", study how to build and strengthen grass-roots organizations, innovate community development and governance.
