The sophomore girl surnamed Lin is about 155 centimeters tall and wears glasses, and originally agreed with her family to go home during the Qingming holiday, but her family has not seen her for a long time, and she has not been able to contact her since March 29, and her mobile phone is turned off.
After contacting the landlord, the family went to the house rented by the girl, but did not find the girl, then posted a search notice on Facebook at the end of March, and called the police on the evening of April 2.
According to the report, the girl has a quiet personality, is taciturn, and rarely interacts with her peers. Now her whereabouts are unknown, her mobile phone is turned off, her social media account has been closed, even the surveillance camera of the rental house is broken, and her family fears that she is controlled by a human smuggling group suspected of organizing smuggling and illegal labor.
After receiving a report from the family of a girl surnamed Lin, the Taichung police set up a special team to investigate the case. Police reviewed surveillance video and found that the girl walked from school to nearby McDonald's on March 29, wearing black clothes and carrying a backpack, and disappeared after entering the alley.

After investigation, the girl surnamed Lin had left the country on March 30 on EVA Air flight to London, England, and was suspected to be accompanied. She entered Thailand during a transit flight in Bangkok, Thailand, and is currently suspected to be in Myanmar, but the police have not yet contacted her.
The Taiwan police said that the target and motive of the missing girl are still under investigation, and the possibility of her being defrauded out of the country cannot be ruled out, and the Thai authorities have been requested to assist in the search.
