01 Innovation Village
Located in the east of Pujiang Town, Minhang District, Xinxin Village is one of the five state-level traditional villages in Shanghai.
Known as an urban village that is "not far from the city and close to the countryside", the innovation village takes the implementation of the relatively concentrated residence of farmers as an opportunity to optimize the rural layout, revitalize the land elements, and integrate the dormant resources of the countryside into urban development, forming a pattern of urban-rural interaction.
The village adheres to style control and guides villagers to build houses according to a unified height, uniform tone, unified elements and unified style. The houses full of Jiangnan style have been carefully designed to reflect the pleasant rural scenery of the surrounding area. It not only shows the wild interest of the countryside, but also integrates the modern fashion temperament.
In one of the innovation building halls in the innovation village, visitors can also travel back in time to learn about the past and present of the innovation village: the origin of the summoning building, well-known local sages, old local folklore, old objects donated by the villagers...
The Innovation Village has built a practical position of "one corridor, one station, one square", shaping the homes of the people and civilizations of ideological leadership, moral indoctrination, cultural inheritance, cohesion, and civilized rural customs. The region has excellent endowments of natural resources and human resources, with a variety of natural ecological resources such as water, fields, forests and villages, inheriting the texture and culture of traditional villages in Jiangnan.
The Innovation Village fully explores the connotation of "Chinese traditional village" and "historical and cultural village" of the Innovation Village, amplifies the business card of Innovation as the birthplace of Shanghai's farming culture, and reshapes the soul of the village with innovative characteristics.
02 Harvest Village
Located at the southernmost end of Pujin Street, Harvest Village borders Duhang Village of Pujiang Town to the east, Shendu Highway to the south, Huangpu River to the west, and Shenzhuangtang to the north.
In front of the house is the river, behind the house there is a field, and the bamboo shadow is a mother-in-law. Walking along Changlin Road in the riverside promenade area of Pujiang Country Park, within the boundary of Harvest Village, you will also find a place with a full literary and artistic name - "Meike Town".
