Huang Jian, Chairman of Yanzhiwu, attended the meeting and delivered a speech on the function and role of food labeling in food safety.

In recent years, China's food testing and quality and safety control capabilities have continued to improve, the national food safety standard system has been formed, and food safety supervision has entered a new era of informatization and intelligence. Huang Jian said that food safety is related to the health of consumers, and food labeling is an important form of conveying food information to consumers, displaying food characteristics, and helping safety supervision.

He took the product label of Yanzhiwu as an example, in addition to marking the basic information required by laws and regulations, the company's product label is also marked with a traceability two-dimensional code, through the system direct connection, the enterprise production management system and the Chinese inspection and quarantine traceability management service platform are connected, and the dynamic traceability management of the product is realized.

"By scanning the code, consumers can find the origin of raw materials, suppliers, production batch numbers and customs quarantine information, and the small traceability code reflects the digitization and informatization of product quality control." Huang Jian said.

In fact, food quality and safety early warning, risk detection, traceability system and the construction of international standards and specifications are becoming the core of global food quality and safety assurance.

Huang Jian pointed out that the scientific and openness of food labeling is responsible for consumers and society. Therefore, Tsubame House has established the first CNAS accredited laboratory in the bird's nest industry to provide consumers with safe products through rigorous testing and quality assurance, while reflecting the power of science and technology in product labels.
