With a hard work that did not accept defeat, Liu Xin successfully passed the college entrance examination in September 2018 and stepped into the school gate of Nanchang Hangkong University. In a practical course, Liu Xin saw the wind tunnel experiment for the first time, and the magic of aerodynamics deeply attracted him, and in this strong atmosphere, he fell in love with scientific research. By chance, in front of the teaching building, Liu Xin saw four or five people carrying wheelchairs and a disabled student up the stairs of four or five floors. He felt very inconvenient, so he asked why he didn't buy a wheelchair to climb the stairs. Through chatting, Liu Xin learned that the domestic self-developed climbing wheelchair still needs human assistance, and the price of the intelligent climbing wheelchair imported from abroad is very expensive, which is enough to match the price of a small car. At that time, he made up his mind to develop a wheelchair that could climb stairs. At the same time, he also learned from the survey that there are now 80 million people in China who cannot walk normally, and 20,000 people who are struggling to walk, and he hopes that he can build a high-performance and low-cost automatic climbing wheelchair to help more people and open more windows.
After all the heavens have become this scene, everything in the world has been difficult
After firmly determining the direction of scientific research, Liu Xin immediately began to form a team to conduct research on "automatic climbing wheelchair". From drawing design, parts production, equipment assembly, Liu Xindu planned in detail, but the progress of the project was far more difficult than he thought.
Due to the trembling of his hands, some parts he needed to draw for four or five hours to complete, but he was not afraid of hardship, and finally independently completed the drawings of more than 400 parts; the production of parts is very similar to industrial production, and it is necessary to often use dangerous instruments such as cutting machines and electric drills, and his trembling hands are often injured by the cutting machine, and sometimes 5 or 6 band-aids are attached to one hand. However, there is also slippage when the track is upstairs, the structural strength of the wheelchair is not enough, and the pusher suddenly breaks during the experiment... Problems like this always jump out suddenly and block the way forward.

In order to allow the team to continue research and development, Liu Xin found a small rental house for the team in Nanchang city to continue his project research and development.
