On December 30, 2022, Jiang Ge's mother Jiang Qiulian v. Liu Nuanxi (former name: Liu Xin) life dispute right case was pronounced in the second instance, and Liu Nuanxi (former name: Liu Xin) was sentenced to compensate Jiang Qiulian for various losses of nearly 700,000 yuan.
In early January 2023, Liu Nuanxi (former name: Liu Xin) launched a fundraising campaign for nearly 700,000 yuan in compensation on social platforms, and received hundreds of rewards. She said: "I should bear it myself, I will bear it." I have hands and feet, I am not afraid of hardship, I can do any dirty work. I will announce the whereabouts of these subsidies, and after I earn money, I will return them all one by one" "Please introduce me to the job."
On January 4, Sina Weibo said that it had immediately closed the tipping function of its account, restricted withdrawals, and permanently banned the account.
On January 10, Jiang Qiulian said that she asked the Qingdao Chengyang District Court on the same day whether she had received compensation from Liu Nuanxi (former name: Liu Xin), and the court replied that after inquiry, it had not been received. Jiang Qiulian said that she had applied to the Chengyang District Court for compulsory enforcement, and the review would be completed within 7 working days.
Subsequently, according to the China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network, Liu Nuanxi (former name: Liu Xin) has become the person subject of enforcement, and the enforcement target is 719,365 yuan, the case was filed on January 11, and the enforcement court is the Qingdao Chengyang District People's Court.
On January 16, the Chengyang District People's Court of Qingdao Municipality issued a consumption restriction order to Liu Nuanxi (former name: Liu Xin), taking consumption restriction measures, including not taking planes, soft sleepers on trains, second-class or higher classes on ships, and not allowing travel or vacation.
On June 1, Jiang Qiulian said through Weibo that Liu Nuanxi (former name: Liu Xin) had all paid compensation for violating Jiang Ge's right to life.
According to the public network report, on the morning of June 12, the establishment and donation ceremony of the "Jiangge Special Student Fund" was held in Qingdao Jimo District Charity Federation. Jiang Qiulian donated 696,000 yuan to the Jimo District Shuguang Public Welfare Volunteer Association, and donated the compensation in full.
