In 1995, 4-year-old Wang Hanshi began practicing gymnastics from Xie Fusheng, a coach at Baoding Sports Kindergarten. Founded in 1984, this first sports kindergarten in China has trained dozens of Olympic champions, world champions and national champions such as Niu Jianfeng, Bai Yang, Wang Tingting, Pang Wei, Shi Dongpeng, Fan Ye, Hasnan, Chen Rong, etc., and is a veritable "cradle of champions".

From gymnastics to diving, Wang Han adapted quickly and soon entered professional training. Divers all started from the platform, but Li Fang thought from the beginning that Wang Han would be an excellent springboard player. "Springboard is an adult project, it relies on weight, coordination, strength to complete the action, the technical content is very high." 18 years of "four in, three out" national team

As early as 2003, when the sister Guo Jingjing locked the throne of "Diving Sister" with absolute strength, 12-year-old Wang Han was selected for the national team because of his excellent physical fitness. At that time, she had just practiced diving for 3 years, and in the environment where the masters gathered, the problem of basic skills was quickly highlighted, and she was soon returned to the provincial team. A few years later, Wang Han was selected by the national team again and was returned again.
The experience of being thrown back by the national team twice is a huge blow to the confidence of the players. Jump the stage again, the best age has been missed. Coach Li Fang carefully enlightened her and suggested that she practice her springboard skills well. Li Fang said that she had accompanied Guo Jingjing through the trough that year, and this time it was Wang Han's turn.
The road that Li Fang wants to accompany Wang Han has to walk, and there are still many twists and turns.
