Customs and Excise said that a total of two male shop assistants, aged 54 and 58, were arrested in the operation, suspected of using misleading and omitted unscrupulous business practices to sell American ginseng, in violation of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance. The arrested persons were taken back to the Customs Headquarters for further investigation.
