His "good friend" Cai Kangyong once commented: "He alone has the divine power of the Eastern Evil and the Western Poisoning of the Southern Emperor and the Northern Emperor; if he is not there, the jianghu is gone." These words cleverly use the characters in Jin Yong's novels to summarize Li Ao's wonderful life, he once scolded the evil thief who forgot his ancestors, and also generously donated money to help comfort women. However, what we ignore is that Li Ao and Jin Yong, as famous writers, are intolerable.

In fact, when the two first met, the two were still friends and had a certain personal relationship, and in 1959, Jin Yong and his classmates founded Ming Pao and published their novel "Divine Eagle Immortals", which was a great success. In 1961, Li Ao also submitted an article in Wenxing magazine, which attracted Jin Yong's attention. Li Ao's teacher was Hu Shi, who advocated comprehensive Westernization, and Li Ao's article in Wenxing at this time was to defend Hu Shi's views. In 1962, the two also wrote articles against Chiang Kai-shek.
From 1963 to 1965, Wenxing magazine reached its peak when Li Ao was the editor-in-chief, and the reason for this, of course, was that Li Ao's language was sharp and his criticism of the authorities was profound. This also made this magazine offend many dignitaries and dignitaries, including Jiang himself, so Wenxing magazine was suspended and Li Ao was imprisoned.
However, one thing at this time laid the groundwork for the two to turn their faces in the future, that is, the feud between Hu Shi and Jin Yong, and Li Ao's mentor was Mr. Hu Shi, a representative figure of the New Culture Movement. Just like many scholars of that era, Mr. Hu Shi also had a critical attitude towards martial arts novels, and in his later years, Mr. Hu Shi said at a press conference that the only drawback of our modern literature is that it does not translate the best detective novels, and now many newspapers read martial arts novels, and everyone also likes to read martial arts novels, in fact, martial arts novels are the most vulgar in novels. However, it has to be said that Mr. Hu Shi's wife especially likes to read martial arts novels, especially Jin Yong's.

Not to be outdone, Jin Yong wrote an editorial that was judged to be the most uncontrolled and unrestrained, and the whole text criticized Hu Shi, saying that Hu Shi had not been accustomed to "Water Margin" for decades, not accustomed to Peking Opera, and not accustomed to the inertia of Chinese. In 1962, Mr. Hu Shi died, as one of the remaining titans in China's cultural circles at that time, various media rushed to report, but the Ming Pao presided over by Jin Yong used a small article to report on the matter, and Jin Yong himself did not express condolences. This is one of the root causes of Li Ao's and Hu Shi's enmity—the Shimen dispute. This led to Li Ao's often talking about Jin Yong's hypocrisy in his later years, saying that his martial arts spirit could not do it himself.
Li Ao and Jin Yong's second grudge is because of a woman (don't think crooked), which is Li Ao's ex-wife Hu Yinmeng. Li Ao and Hu Yinmeng, one is a contemporary talent, the other is a world-class beauty, Jin Yong presided over the Ming Pao said that these two people are the most beautiful marriage. However, this marriage lasted only twenty-two days, and some people once asked Li Ao the reason for this, but Li Ao himself said that it was because he was a perfectionist, and when he saw Hu Yin dreaming of going to the toilet, his constipation was so red that it was too ugly. Of course, this should not be the main reason, the main reason is the case of Li Ao and Xiao Mengneng. Xiao Mengneng, the editor-in-chief of Wenxing Magazine, said that the garden new city house he entrusted li ao with was rented and the furniture was moved, so he started a lawsuit with Li Ao. Because of Hu Yinmeng's testimony, in the end, Xiao Mengneng won the case. The whole incident was completely reported by The Ming Pao presided over by Jin Yong, which made the two of them form a deeper bond.

Tang Huang is the protagonist of Mozart's opera, set in medieval Spain, a daring figure who loves to find flowers and ask for willows, he is brazen on the one hand, but brave, witty, unbelieving, and charming; so he uses his charm to deceive many girls, but he is eventually dragged into hell by ghosts. These words also seem to poke At Li Ao's pain points, so what he repeatedly cursed in "Li Ao Has Something to Say" was to curse his ex-wife Hu Yinmeng. I myself am a fan of Master Li Ao, but his grudge with Hu Yinmeng is like Jin Yong's sympathy for Hu Yinmeng. Of course, whether it is Master Li or Hu Yinmeng, I have never known, let alone a party, and I dare not make too many comments without understanding the details.
