Memoirs of Middle School Teachers and Students: Since I was a teenager, I have been obsessed with martial arts books and watching martial arts films

- 12 - The sunset is full of sky, and the "Wuyuan" is dreaming

The life of a teacher is as ordinary and trivial as any other profession, and I have always been obsessed with the emotions of the students and the pleasure of reading, so that as long as I have spare time, I will linger in the world made of books, without knowing the passage of time. This caused me to be weak and thin. In contrast, since I was a teenager, I have been obsessed with reading martial arts books and watching martial arts films.

In the summer of 2016, I accompanied the craftsmen who decorated the newly purchased buildings, and spent all my spare time watching the mobile version of the martial arts video, and later I was even more unobtrusive, studying the shape and intention of the boxing for more than half a year. This summer, I noticed The Legend of the Shape Hero. This is a novel written by an old teacher surnamed Wu about the development and evolution of the shape and meaning of the fist. This hobby originated in 1982's "Shaolin Temple". At that time, there were many martial arts magazines, and I was fascinated by many teenagers, including me. In my three years at Jingyuan Normal School, two of my years were obsessed with martial arts, and dozens of our classmates at the school were tossing and turning on the school playground every night until they were exhausted.

"Grandmaster", "The Legend of Shaolin Heroes", "Shining Red Star", "Three Into the Mountain City", "Fifteen Moons", "Guns, Coming from Behind", "Guan Gong", "Wutai Mountain Strange Feelings", "Invincible Mandarin Duck Legs", "Treasure Hunting Hero", "Oriental Dragon", "Chinese Martial Arts", "New Fang Shiyu 2", "Chuanguo Secret Edict", "Kapok Robes", "Magnificent Mountains and Rivers", "Shaolin Boy Gong", "Big Knife King V", "Shaolin Boy", "One Knife Allure", etc., are the films I have watched recently, all old movies ...... I found several more, such as "Five Tigers Breaking the Sky Bridge", "The Strange Affair of Wutai Mountain", "The Legend of The Shaolin Hero", "The Dragon Breaks into the Central Plains" and so on... Most of these films are action movies, among which I like Wang Jianjun, Li Zhizhou, Shi Baohua, Cui Yi, Sun Jianming, Sun Genfa, Yu Chenghui, Lin Quan, Zhao Changjun, Qiu Jianguo, Zong Qiaozhen, Wang Xiuping, Lin Qiuping, Xu Xiangdong, Zhang Anji, An Yongping, Li Dianfang, Xiong Changgui, Wang Jue, Dong Zhihua, Chen Yongxia, Zhang Xiling, Li Junfeng, Ma Shuchao, Shi Tianlong, etc.

I like to watch old movies with real skills, just like students like a teacher's class and are interested in this subject...

Looking at the old version of "The Great Hero Huo Yuanjia", you will think of the scene in June 1984, when I was interning at Jingyuan Normal School, I watched this TV series in front of the Normal University Auditorium at night... After 36 years, I seem to be back in my youth... At that time, I knew almost nothing about language teaching.

When I watched the movies "Wulin Zhi" and "Wudang" again, I was also in my fifties. When I was slack, I was intoxicated with martial arts movies, and I also found bagua palms (videos), such as the teaching videos of Ma Lincheng, Yu Hongqin and others, at this moment, I seemed to have retreated back to the past, during that time I was very keen to watch martial arts videos, especially shape, gossip, tai chi, this enthusiasm quietly cooled down after returning from Beijing in the summer of 2017... After watching the first episode of "Huo Dongge", there was a Zheng Peipei among the actors, who was very young at that time... Watch the fourth episode of "Wu Song": Drunkenly beating Jiang MenShen... The story about the Water Margin is the most wonderful with "Wu Shi Hui", and after this TV series was broadcast, a comic strip was also published... The martial arts in the play are very simple... There was a young man who was uneven and let Jiang Menshen defeat him!

I remember when I was a teacher, I used to watch "Stealing Fists" on the street stalls, and the lead actor in this "Wusong" Zhu Yanping had a fierce and evil look, and he was like a good man in Liangshan! At that time, there were many people who loved to watch, and now there is still a sense of substitution! ...... This is the charm of classical masterpieces!

Watch the eighth episode of "Chen Zhen" (20 episodes in total)... The last time I saw the Japanese capture Emperor Fu Yiqiu's nephew "Yimai"... Then look for "Gan Nineteen Sisters", "Hero"... Watching the second episode of "New Seven Heroes and Five Righteousness", Bai Yutang pseudonym jin moumou, try to look at the face and scatter, this version of the golden rat is played by Zhang Duofu.

From watching "Wulin Zhi", "Heroes from Ancient Times" and "Wudang" when I was a teacher, to the martial arts films that I watched with my students when I worked at Beiguan Primary School - from 1982 to 1988, it was the flourishing period of Chinese martial arts films, and the "Golden Dart Huang Tianba" that I watched in the autumn of 1988 was one of the booms, and knowing Wang Qun as an actor began with this movie. I miss those martial arts movies very much, this summer vacation began with Liu Zhongliang's "The King of The North and South Legs", and also found Kou Zhanwen's "Strange Lovers", "New Seven Heroes and Five Righteousness" (1993 version), as well as Xun Feng's "Passing on the Secret Edict of the Country", An Yongping's "Heavenly Enmity", Wang Qun's "Five Tigers Haunting the Sky Bridge", Wang Jianjun's "The Strange Situation of Wutai Mountain", Xu Xiangdong's "Dangerous Road God Yu BaoSI", Sun Chenxi's "Dangerous Jianghu Escape Sword", Nie Jianguo's "Yang Family General", Ma Zhongxuan's "Water Margin" series designed by martial arts. Wang Hua's "The Secret History of Blood Droplets", Ren Naichang and Hu Yingjie's "Black Flag Envoy", Wang Xiuping's "East Factory Blood". Zhang Duofu was imprinted into his memory for starring in "New Seven Heroes and Five Righteousness" with Kou Zhanwen. Li Deyu, Wang Xinwu and Wang Jue starred in "The Strange Love of the Sword" based on Liang Yusheng's famous book.

A little explanation for the love of martial arts movies: first, I practiced martial arts in those years, second, I read a lot of martial arts magazines; third, before I learned about the martial arts novels in Hong Kong and Taiwan, I had already learned about literary books that expressed the spirit of chivalry such as "Canyon Fang", "The Woman in White", "Anecdotes of Liangshan", "Qing Palace Storm", and later learned that "Wulin Zhi" came from the "Shenzhou Ring" of The Remnant Ink, and the martial arts magazine at that time introduced many real people in the ancient Chinese martial arts community, such as the Great Dao King V, such as Du Xin Wu (known as the Natural Hero, Or the Great Heroes of the North and the South), such as Han Qichang (the Great Hero of the Tuotuo River), the Three Emperors Cannon Hammer, Shaolin Kung Fu, etc... Later, I watched the martial arts films of Jet Li and Bruce Lee, as well as many videos in WeChat, and copied many martial arts materials (some of which are still preserved).

I happened to experience the 1980s when martial arts films were flourishing, subscribed to those martial arts magazines at that stage, watched some martial arts films from computers, and martial arts documentaries), copied a large number of martial arts materials, and discovered the serial of "The Legend of the Hero of Shape and Meaning" (starting from the video of Cha Shape Yi Quan, and later discovering Mr. Wu Lianfu's novel)... Several encounters with martial arts films, superimposed impressions, more determined my interest in martial arts films. Martial arts films are a product of the 1980s, originally originating from Liao Chengzhi's efforts to strengthen ties with Taiwan, and later there was "Shaolin Temple"... Martial arts films were also something that aroused the interest of Chinese youth almost at the same time as the literary fever in the era when literature was just emerging in the country. Literature, martial arts, popular songs... Among the four famous works, Journey to the West and Dream of the Red Chamber were broadcast in the 1980s, as well as "Plainclothes Policeman", and later in the 90s, there were "Heroes Without Regrets" and "Western Police".

In my years of research on literature, watching martial arts films can also cross the shackles of the times and reach another "jianghu" reflected in the original ecological film and television (the martial arts actors' own martial arts are integrated into their film and television dramas, that is, a unique style of xiwu people in a contemporary context). When reading martial arts novels, there are always all kinds of ideas about creation and criticism, which is really very different from reading pure literary works... When reading foreign poetry, I also feel that there is a similarity with ancient Chinese literature, and vice versa. This is general knowledge also!
