In 2020, Linchuan District formulated the "Notice on Establishing a Mechanism for The Party Branches of Some District-Level Organs to Jointly Carry Out Daily Intra-Party Organizational Life", requiring that on the basis of maintaining the original party organization affiliation relationship unchanged, in accordance with the principle of "regional proximity, industry-related, and voluntary integration", guide the development of 13 small and micro party branches such as the Youth League District Committee, the District Women's Federation, and the District Science and Technology Association, and establish 4 branch alliances to effectively solve the problems of small scale, few resources, and weak influence of small and micro party branches. Ensure that the party's major policies are transmitted to party organizations at all levels in a timely and effective manner.

In order to standardize the operation mechanism of the branch alliance, Linchuan District has established a rotating hosting mechanism, and the secretary of the branch of the member of the alliance "takes turns to sit in the village" to preside over the branch alliance activities, and the 4 rotating party branches combine their work functions and department characteristics to plan and determine the theme, content and form of the monthly centralized activities.

Grasping joint management together mobilizes subjective initiative

The alliance of small and micro party branches has broken the previous single form of reading documents and centralized study, and through the new way of "the joint meeting of the secretaries of the alliance of various branches, the specific responsibility of the branch alliance, and the active participation of party members", using the favorable resources such as the activity venues of each unit, professional skills and specialties, etc., to organize all party members to carry out organizational life 1-2 times a month, and strive to create a new situation of organizational life that "conventional actions do not deviate, and self-selected actions have characteristics".

At present, there are more than 800 online interactions and more than 20 opinions and suggestions.

With the organization and coordination of the "big family", the subjective initiative of the small and micro party branches has been fully mobilized, and one wonderful activity after another has been carried out.
