Pyongyang's female traffic police are the most eye-catching scenery on the streets, wearing blue police uniforms and skirts, looking very spiritual. There are not many cars on the road, and the work of female traffic police in North Korea is still very idle. In the open space below some tall buildings, I also saw North Korean aunts dressed in national costumes, waving red flags in their hands, singing and dancing, and the tour guide said that these North Korean housewives, after doing housework every day, would gather together to cheer for the city's office workers.
When we eat in North Korea, we have alcohol at every meal. According to our tour guide, North Korean men like to smoke and drink. I like to drink not only beer, but also liquor. North Korean children also like to drink rice wine. North Korea's rice wine tastes sweet and sour, and does not have a strong liquor, and North Koreans often use rice wine to entertain guests. The dishes we ate in North Korea also went well together, with scrambled eggs, scrambled bean sprouts, and some vegetables. But the portions are not very sufficient, and it can be seen that in this country, the ingredients are still not rich. The things we eat may rarely be eaten by ordinary North Koreans.
North Korean kimchi, also called spicy cabbage, is my favorite dish, and it is also a more distinctive dish in North Korean diet. For a few days in North Korea, kimchi is served every day. Sometimes it's strip-shaped, sometimes it's blocky. But the taste is similar.
