On May 15, 2020, the famous writer Mr. Ye Yonglie passed away.

Today I realized that the fairy tales of Ye Yonglie in my mind were actually written by Luke

When I heard this news, I was not shocked or saddened. After all, Mr. Ye lao is already eighty years old, and since almost 20 years ago, I have not looked at his works much.

However, his works have really had a great influence on me.

During this time in the 1980s, I read a lot of fairy tales. Among them, the highest style, the greatest harvest, and the most interesting to me are scientific fairy tales. The most written and best in scientific fairy tales is Ye Yonglie. Of course, Ye Yonglie not only wrote science fairy tales, he also wrote many science fantasy novels, science essays, etc., which can be called a master of popular science. In addition to writing popular science texts, he also writes historical articles, which are equal in word count, or Mr. Ye himself feels that writing historical texts is his main business - but the most influential to me is his popular science articles.

I have the impression that there are at least a few Ye Yonglie's works in my family.

One is a tome of hundreds of pages called Strange Sick Number.

"Strange Disease Number" is a scientific fairy tale by Ye Yonglie, the theme is the story of a vegetable insect eating pesticides and mixed into the yi insect hospital, and finally pulled out by doctors and soldiers. However, this book is actually a collection of works, and this is not the only story.

The cover of "Strange Sick Number" depicts small green insects hiding in a hospital bed, and after opening the cover, there are many science-related elements, such as high-rise buildings, aircraft rockets, satellite blast furnaces and so on. One day, when my cousin and I were playing at my uncle's house, he turned the page and said, "This is the beginning of the era of technological development." I still remember this scene vividly.

"Strange Sick Number" contains dozens of works in total, divided into ten categories: science fantasy novels, science fairy tales, science essays, science sketches, science poems, science crosstalk, science essays, scientist stories, science radio dramas, and science scripts. Each major category, as few as one or two, as many as nearly ten works. I really like the feeling of putting all kinds of articles together, a bit like a magazine, you can read it over and over again, but the content is much richer than the average magazine. It is no exaggeration to describe it with your hands and relish it.

I still remember most of the works in it. For example, the first article in science fiction is "Miracle on the World's Highest Peak", which tells that Chinese researchers found a dinosaur egg wrapped in amber from the Himalayas, and eventually hatched a dinosaur, which in turn verified that Mount Everest was previously the sea. The second part, "The Man Who Flew to Pluto", tells the story of a Tibetan serf who escaped persecution from slave owners before liberation, and was frozen by a storm on the way. After he was discovered decades later, scientists thawed and resurrected, and he was able to meet his wife, who was already an old lady, and her grandchildren were as old as him. Eventually, the serf volunteered to be frozen again to explore Pluto.

In addition to "Strange Sick Number" in scientific fairy tales, there are many rural related themes, such as "Whose Footprints" tells about the theft of peanuts in the commune, and the little flower dog finds a string of footprints of thieves, and through constantly asking friends, finally knows that this is the footprints of a vole. "The Missing Partner" tells that the larvae of schistosomiasis, the caterpillar, can not find the snail in the river channel and the field, and eventually cannot infect humans and die. Why Move, about the benefits of alternating cotton and rice, and more.

There is also a copy of "Whose Footprints", which contains about 10 or so fairy tales.

It is also a collection of scientific fairy tales, in addition to "Whose Footprints", there are also "A Tiger Hair", "Old Sheep's New Neighbor", "God Knows dentist" and so on. Interestingly, in addition to introducing the characteristics of animals and plants in nature, many of them introduce agricultural science. For example, the introduction of the use of white zombie fungus to eliminate pine caterpillars, the use of golden wasps to eliminate cotton bollworms, the use of cement shipbuilding, the use of water floating lotus to feed pigs, the breeding of sika deer in the south and so on.

These two books were bought before I can remember them, and I remember them from the beginning.

By the way, there is also a book called "Boy Cow Goldfish", which is also a collection of fairy tales, about 7 or so scientific fairy tales, and the total number of pages is about 100 pages. Among them, "Tong Niu Goldfish" is based on the theme of Tong Di Zhou and Niu Manjiang Genetic Engineering research on new goldfish, and is written in the first person visually by Tong Di Zhou's grandson. Several other stories include "Tail Assembly", "Confuse the Enemy, Protect Yourself", "How We Survive the Winter", and so on. A lot of the knowledge introduced here is still very interesting to see now. I used to think that the boy cow goldfish was Ye Yonglie's work, when I wrote this article, I searched, only to find that it was Luke's work, and I don't know why I always remembered that the cover of Ye Yonglie was written on the cover (in fact, this is the cover of the book below, which is Luke's). I'm really sorry Old Mr. Luke.

Then came the famous PHS Roaming the Future. After the roaming, there are also "Re-Travel" and "Three Tours". The most famous of these is, of course, the first book, which assumes that the era is 2000, and now 2000 is already an era that we have left behind. Many of the 2000 ideas in science fiction have not yet been realized, but many have become reality, and even many of them are beyond the imagination of people at that time.

Personally, however, I happened to have carefully read these books that roam the future around 2000, and to be honest, there are some things in them that are very interesting in contrast to the development of these decades. Take the time to write it out.

In addition, I have also bought Mr. Ye Yonglie's historical work "The Biography of Wang Hongwen". This writing is honestly inferior to his science fiction novels.

The above is all the communication between me and Mr. Ye Yonglie. When a giant star falls, there is no need for grassroots like me to sacrifice. Just from this short article, I will make a simple record of the influence he has given me in the trend of history.
