This event aims to promote the creation of science fiction works, promote the inheritance and export of excellent traditional Chinese culture, especially Bashu culture, gather excellent science fiction resources, and help Chengdu's science fiction industry flourish.
This event solicits excellent science fiction works, and the majority of science fiction authors, science fiction practitioners and science fiction enthusiasts can register for the competition. The activity is based on the three categories of science fiction literature, art, and cultural creativity, and the collection of works in groups is carried out in groups, and for the group of teenagers under the age of 18, a youth category is set up, and the three categories of works are uniformly collected. The event consists of three categories, as well as gold, silver, bronze and star awards in the youth category.
In terms of content, the entries need to focus on the excellent traditional Chinese culture, especially the Bashu culture, combine reality, give play to creativity, deeply understand and grasp the requirements of combining ideology, artistry and appreciation, and create works that are in line with this.
Participants can fill in the "Mirage Future Excellent Science Fiction Works Collection Activity Registration Form" (the entry form is attached at the end of the text), together with the entries, in the format of "Submission Category-Contestant's Name-Work Name", and send the works to the activity collection mailbox ([email protected]) to submit the entries. The call for entries is open until July 31, 2023.
After the collection is over, the organizer will invite well-known science fiction writers, experts and scholars to form a heavyweight "jury" to select a group of science fiction art masterpieces through the primary selection, double selection, final selection and other links, adhere to the principles of fairness, justice and openness.

5. Categories of works
This collection activity is divided into three categories: science fiction literary works, science fiction art works, and science fiction cultural and creative works. At the same time, a youth category is set up to collect the above three categories for young people aged 18 and under.
(1) Science fiction literature

Call for original science fiction literary works focusing on the excellent traditional Chinese culture, especially the Bashu culture. Contains novels (including online novels), essays and science fiction scripts, excluding poetry and prose.
2. Work requirements
(1) There is no limit to the language and the number of words.
(2) There is no restriction on whether it has been publicly published or published, but the work should have been completed (except for online text).
(3) The content is positive and healthy, must not violate relevant national laws and regulations and public order and good customs, must not violate realistic scientific knowledge and scientific principles, must not exist feudal superstitious content, and fully reflects the beauty of imagination, science and culture.
(4) It must be original, the copyright is clear, and the entrant must fully own the copyright of the work, and there is no problem of content plagiarism or copyright disputes.

1. Solicitation Type
Original or adapted sci-fi artworks focusing on the excellent traditional Chinese culture, especially the Bashu culture. Including audiovisual art, performing art, installation art, art creation and other types.
2. Work requirements
(1) There is no restriction on whether it has been publicly released.
(2) The content is positive and healthy, must not violate relevant national laws and regulations and public order and good customs, must not violate realistic scientific knowledge and scientific principles, must not exist feudal superstitious content, and fully reflects the beauty of imagination, science and culture.
(3) The copyright must be clear, and the entrant must fully own the copyright of the work, and there is no problem of content plagiarism or copyright disputes.
3. Submission Form
(1) Submit the works and introductions to the official mailbox in the form of electronic files.
(2) The aspect ratio of video works is 16:9, the resolution is not less than 1080P, and the storage format is MP4, MOV, AVI, etc.; Audio works are stored in MP3, WMA, etc.
(3) Fine art creation works can be original or electronic drafts, the size is not less than A3,297mm× 420mm, and the accuracy is above 300dpi; Electronic manuscript formats can be PSD, JPG, TFF, etc.
(3) Science fiction, cultural and creative categories
1. Solicitation Type
The call for original or adapted science fiction works focusing on the excellent traditional Chinese culture, especially the Bashu culture. Including graphic design, product design, animation creation, handmade models and other genres.
2. Work requirements
(2) The recommended accuracy of design works is above 300dpi, the output of the work is RGB color mode, and the creation software is not limited.
(3) Works involving physical display, such as works and models, take physical display videos and submit them (duration: within 3 minutes; The resolution is not less than 1080P, and the storage format is MP4, MOV, AVI, etc.)
(4) Works for young people

For young people aged 18 and below, we will collect science fiction works focusing on the excellent traditional Chinese culture, especially the Bashu culture. It includes three categories: science fiction literature, science fiction art, and science fiction culture and creativity.

The requirements of the works refer to the specific contents of the above three categories.
6. Submission of works
(1) Submit works need to fill in the "Excellent Science Fiction Works Collection Activity Registration Form" (Annex 1), together with the submitted works, named in the format of "submission category + work name + author name", and send the works to the email address ([email protected]) of the event organizer before July 31, 2023, or submit them by uploading Baidu Cloud Drive (link address and extraction code need to be sent to email).
(2) When submitting a manuscript, the author should truthfully fill in the content and provide true and accurate personal information and contact information. If the information is incomplete or there is false or concealed information, the organizer will cancel the qualification for the competition.
(3) When filling in the information, authors should pay special attention to selecting the submission category. Multiple submissions are not allowed, that is, the same work is submitted according to different categories or creative works are submitted according to different themes, and once discovered, they will be disqualified from the competition.
(4) If the authors participate in the competition as a team, the number of authors is limited to 5. Team works must be registered by one member of the team, and multiple people shall not apply for the same work repeatedly; If the author is a school student, each work can be assigned to one instructor.
(5) The source files of the submitted works shall be retained, and the organizer shall contact the author according to needs to promote the subsequent use, modification and improvement of the platform.
(7) All submitted works and documents will not be returned, please keep your own draft.
7. Awarding
(1) Science fiction literature
1 gold award, 150,000 yuan (before tax), certificate;
5 silver awards, 50,000 yuan each (before tax), and certificates;
10 bronze awards, 10,000 yuan each (before tax), and certificates;
20 Star Awards will be awarded certificates.
(2) Science fiction art
1 gold award, 300,000 yuan (before tax), certificate;
10 silver awards, 20,000 yuan each (before tax), and certificates;
1 gold award, 100,000 yuan (before tax), certificate;
3 gold awards, 5,000 yuan each (before tax), and a certificate will be issued;
15 silver awards, each with a prize of 3,000 yuan (before tax) and a certificate;

(2) The winning authors (teams) have the opportunity to conduct roadshows and promotions of works to investment institutions and related enterprises to promote the marketization of their works.
(3) The winning works have the opportunity to be displayed and promoted on vertical platforms, media communication matrices, cooperation platforms, landmark buildings and other communication channels in the field of surgical fiction in the sea.
(4) Excellent literary works have the opportunity to be selected and collected into a volume for display and publicity.
IX. Relevant Instructions
(1) The organizer shall not bear legal liabilities, including disputes arising from disputes over portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, etc. In the event of the above disputes, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant and recover the prize.
