✔ Yesterday (November 12), the governor of Kherson on the Ukrainian side, Yaroslav Yanusevich (Figure 1, left 3), led the regional government back to Kherson city, and the Kherson city government and regional and city police forces also arrived.

✔ Major General Andrei Kovalchuk, commander of the Southern Ukrainian Operational Command, arrived in the city of Kherson yesterday to deploy defense and inspect troops.

✔ The governor of Kakhovka district of the Russian-controlled Kherson region, Philip Chuk, announced on November 12:
