02 Whistler Village Beer Festival 2022
The Whistler Village Beer Festival (WVBF) will return to the resort centre from September 13 to 18 to celebrate a variety of craft beers and ciders. The main event, held on Saturday, Sept. 17 and Sunday, Sept. 18 at Whistler Olympic Plaza, will showcase 60 BC breweries and cider, food vendors, and games. The weekend extravaganza will also include great concerts you don't want to miss.
There will be over 120 beers and ciders to explore during the main event. Each brewery will bring two of their best beers for attendees to taste, and the top three manufacturers, along with people's choices, will win draft contracts for venues across Whistler.

Drag brunch at 03 R&B Brewing
Head to this Mount Pleasant brewery on Sunday, September 18 for a cross-dress brunch hosted by Shanda Leer. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., you'll be able to enjoy brunch, beer, and entertainment from some great local drag showpers.

04 Taste the Abby Fall Food Festival
The event will take place On Sept. 9 from 5 to 10 p.m. at Jubilee Park at 2552 McCallum Road, Abbotsford. Fares around Abbotsford include tickets and vouchers for 8 small food and drinks. From there, people can enjoy seasonal experiences with farmers, feature collaborations, and special menus and promotions around the city until September 18.
September 18 is also an awards event. The first Abby Food & Farm Awards aims to "recognize the best culinary talents and agricultural producers at Abbotsford".

05 Tacofino's partnership and fundraising with MR Bannock
The mashup of Tacofino and Mr. Bannock (Paul Natrall) will return in September, and the Bison Taco is a tortilla made with bison, seasonal Chilliwack tortilla, spicy pineapple sauce and sweet and sour onions. The collaboration, which will take place at Tacofino Ocho from September 1 to September 30, aims to highlight traditional indigenous elements. Proceeds will be donated to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.
Tacofino and Mr. Bannock will also be on The West Coast Night on August 31, when People on the West Coast will share stories of their ancestors through song and dance.
