On the morning of September 5, Lingshui held a special meeting on the resumption of work and production of the county's economy and society after the epidemic, listened to the report on the prevention and control of the epidemic in various industries and fields in Lingshui and the resumption of work and production, and studied and deployed the next step.

Wu Haifeng pointed out that at present, the epidemic situation in the province is in the final stage after the war, and the lingshui epidemic has achieved zero social clearance, but there is still a risk of transmission of sporadic sporadic epidemics. All levels of the county should unify their thoughts and actions with the deployment of the provincial party committee, the provincial government and the provincial headquarters for the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic on epidemic prevention and control, and ensure that the epidemic prevention and control and the resumption of work and production are "two hands and two hands hard" with a higher sense of responsibility, mission and urgency.

- It is necessary to extensively mobilize the masses and enterprises to resume work and production, smooth the channels for reflecting social conditions and public opinion, strictly implement the duty system, continue to collect the focus, difficulties, and hot spots of the masses' concerns, ensure that the complaint channels are smooth, and let the market entities have a door to appeal;
- It is necessary to accelerate the progress of the construction of key projects, promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Lingshui, form an "acceleration" of investment promotion, boost "morale", and go all out to promote investment promotion to achieve new breakthroughs;
- It is necessary to combine the solution of historical problems with the resumption of work and production, accelerate the resolution of historical problems, boost enterprise confidence, and help enterprises to lighten up and quickly resume work and production;
- It is necessary to give full play to the main role of state-owned enterprises, accelerate the pace of reform of state-owned enterprises, and strengthen support for state-owned enterprises;
- It is necessary to strengthen organizational leadership, give full play to the overall role of the leaders in charge of taking the lead, help solve the difficulties and blockages encountered in the resumption of work and production, and make every effort to promote the implementation of various work.
