On January 8, Fujian Fisheries Research Institute organized relevant experts to conduct the final acceptance of the basic scientific research project of the provincial public welfare research institute "Optimization of fermentation and culture process of Bacillus amyloidum CQN-2 and research on intestinal colonization in imitation ginseng".
The project optimized and understood the fermentation culture and drying process of Bacillus amyloidii CQN-2, prepared two kinds of bacillus amyloid cqN-2 preparations, powder samples and completed the evaluation of the growth and immunoprotective rate of Bacillus amyloidii CQN-2 on the growth and immunoprotective rate of pseudosporum, and the results showed that the immune protection rate of Acanthobacter spp. anti-paroxysmals after soaking and attacking Vibrio Tartis could reach 100%; the project completed the evaluation of the application effect of bacillus amyloid CQN-2 offshore raft hanging cage culture, and after 4 months of cultivation, The weight gain rate of imitation ginseng in the experimental group increased by 35.32% and the peeling rate by 4.69% compared with that of the control group. The expert group unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance.
