The film tells the development and changes of Hong Kong from the 1950s to the present, and is directed by seven master directors who each direct a story related to Hong Kong.

Among them, Hong Jinbao directed "Practice", which tells how a group of children who practiced on the rooftop in the 1950s paid hardships and harvested hopes.

Hui Anhua directed "The Principal", showing how educators in Hong Kong campuses in the 1960s were full of goodwill and spring weather, which became a warm memory of the future generation of Hong Kong leaders.

Tam Ka Ming directed "Farewell Night", which played a song for the love, poetry and farewell of Young People in Hong Kong in the 1980s.

Yuan Heping directed "Return", which expresses the integration of family affection and culture with the interesting daily collision of an old and a young generation.

Du Qifeng directed "Everywhere Gold", and with absurd and realistic strokes, outlined the era that seemed to be "gold everywhere", in which the world was in, hastily bet, and ushered in a drunken dream.

Lin Lingdong's posthumous work "Lost" will focus on the elderly who are weightless in the times and the changes in the countryside, and bury their sighs in fear.

Xu Ke concluded, describing the future with fun and surprise, and achieved an unexpected "Deep Dialogue", paying tribute to Hong Kong and film.

The film gathers seven Hong Kong's hall-of-fame directors, and the seven famous directors focus on different eras, write observations and reflections on Hong Kong with their own narrative methods, and jointly build up light and shadow memories spanning more than half a century.
